Does anybody have any insight as to how those are calculated? I know that against a level two monster: Lvl1 Flesh gives you 5xp, Lvl2 Bone gives you 1 xp, and Lvl2 Iron gives you Zip. Then against anything else it's even foggier for me. How much would a Lvl2 Fleshy give you? How much do you get for PvP? Is there PvP experience? |

Everything has an 'effective level': lvl 1 Flesh = lvl 1, lvl 2 Bone = lvl 3, lvl 2 Iron = lvl 7. Experience gains compare the 'effective levels': lvl 1 vs lvl 2 = 5 xp, lvl 3 vs lvl 2 = 1 xp, lvl 7 vs lvl 2 = 0 xp. I believe the xp gains are posted somewhere. I know same level battles gain 3 xp, 1 higher level gains 1 xp, and 1 lower level gains 5 xp. I'm not certain about the others. |

yeah. theres a "chart" to use with this. glass = level 0 flesh = level 1 bone = level 2 wood = level 3 clay = level 4 stone = level 5 iron = level 6 copper = level 7 bronze = level 8 brass = level 9 adamantine = level 10 for each additional level your golem has (i.e. flesh golem level 2) add one level to your golems natural level. So a flesh level 3 would be like a level 4 in general. when fighting, this is how the exp is divided. equal levels = 5 exp to both one level higher = 3 exp to you, 7 exp to them two levels higher = 1 exp to you, 9 exp to them any higher = you lose exp, they get 10 one level lower = 7 exp to you, 3 exp to them two levels lower = 9 exp to you, 1 to them any lower = 10 exp to you, 0 exp to them. for monsters, increase the level of your golem by one for this chart. |

So for the most exp gains per motivation, you'd really want to either buff your fleshie with better eyes/armor and go for pve (can a fleshie kill a lvl 3? I've gotten close on 2's, but the miss rate is horrible with the 10% eyes), or make lots of disposable lvl 1 fleshies and make them go poof vs the highest level player in game. |

Slight mod to this chart. I went up against a stone (lvl 1) with my bone (lvl 1), which equates as a lvl 2 against a lvl 5 for the chart. The payout in xp was 10 for me, 1 for them. Maybe that was because I was attacking though. With the predicted result in damage to my golem. (both arms destroyed) :)Last Edited: Apr 7, 2008, 6:55 pm |

Okay, so the XP gains are based on the level of the golems/monsters involved... AND it takes into account leveling up a golem. So a level 2 flesh golem is the same as a level 1 bone golem. Does the level of the MAGE ever factor into XP decisions? |
