I recently took my bone 1 against a stone 1, just to see the effects. 0_o Lesson learned, both arms were shattered, with loss of hands and armor for all four locations. Now I didn't go salvage any of these, (hopefully someone did) but it brought up this question. When part of a golem is destroyed, and it is required for other parts to stay atatched, (arms, pelvis, et cetera) do these still functioning intact part remain as a salvagable resource? In the above story, would someone be able to salvage those missing hands? And if not, why not? |

The attached part gets destroyed. I have yet to be able to scavenge a hand when i lose an arm, but i am able to get the armor. |

I managed to get the abdomen destroyed on my golem (on purpose, even!), and though the fight ended immediately, that was the only part I lost. The golem kept its pelvis and legs. Now later when the same golem lost its pelvis, it lost its legs as well. It had no armor on it at the time, so I didn't think to scavenge for the lost limbs.... |

one cannot do this, sadly. it makes more sense to destroy the armor on the damaged arm, and make the hand + armor that was on the hand, salvagable. right now, both armor is salvagable, but the hand is not. sorry, but that's not quite consistent |
