On the Previous Referendums page, the numbers in the outcome text say that they are the weighted numbers, but they match the unweighted numbers from the chart just above.

So:

Totals: 66 16 5 87
Weighted: 55 46 14 115

...is followed by the text:

"has passed by a weighted vote of 65.5-to-15.5, with a no confidence vote of 5"

...when those are the "Totals" numbers, not the "Weighted" numbers. I don't know which is wrong, the chart or the text, but something is.

Correct, something is off. I noticed it after the senate ended the vote, but hadn't figured out where the values are getting mixed up.

The lack of decimals has to do with the field setting on the senate's history table; that's why the values are being rounded off on part of the message.
