A two part suggestion, both with the idea of sending things in multiples.

First, the ability to send messages to more than one person. Many times someone will want to contact a clan in which there are two or more sovereign magistrates, or want to contact multiple clans with the same message.

Second, the ability to send multiple items at once to someone through the transfer office. Supplying legs to scrap golem builders takes many a click, as does supplying a suit of armour or a handful of useful bits and pieces.

I was thinking about the multiple message send - maybe up to six subjects in each message would be a compromise between stopping spam and making someone sit here staring at their screen waiting for a minute to pass?
