I was thinking something similar to the method already in place, golem scrapping. Having an automatic (NPC run) way of getting rid of old and obsolete items that isn't just throwing them onto the junk heap would be very useful. Even if it's only a fraction of the cost, some return would be great. |

I just use the market for that. Obsolete to you may be cutting edge for a new player. Just sell it for cheaper than they could make it and you recover cash, and both sides are happy. Item recycling! Spread the word today! :p |

I do... I have about a half dozen voidstones up for 2500gp that won't sell (voidstones cost that and 250 brass and some stone so I really don't want to go any lower). |

I bet voidstones are the #1 overproduced item. Whenever someone researches them they build a billion thinking how awesome they are, then get powergems a few weeks later and have a bunch of outdated voidstones lying around. To get rid of mine I think I just gave them all to clanmates... whether they wanted them or not. |

Yeah, I still have some voidstones lying around, but mostly use gems now. I think I gave away a bunch and sold the rest for a loss. *shrugs* Got them out of my storage anyway. |
