Ok, while this is a nice feature for monster hunting, I feel that it is an unfair advantage when used against other people. This holds especially true for a war. I thought the tickets/premium accounts were designed to keep gameplay fair between premium and non-premium accounts. In this way, if you pay to make your account premium, then you suddenly have a distinct advantage over your opponent. Just thought I'd bring it up, since I never really thought about it this way until yesterday/today. Against monsters, it makes your life more convenient, but vs. players, you get an advantage. |

Yeah, I thought that too way back when, but after playing for awhile with and without premium I've realized that it really isn't anything more than a convenience whether you're actively attacking someone or not. You can still do everything you can do with premium without it, it'll just take twice as long, which is the point. Yes, there are a few advantages to this, but it's not the only tactical advantage premium members have over non-premiums, and as it is all of these advantages are extremely limited, especially when compared to other similar games. I guess my point is that it's not that big of an advantage, more of a timesaver, and if you were to seriously consider it a game breaking imbalance then you'd have to nitpick half a dozen other premium features under the same argument. |

Well, seeing how I haven't had premium since,...well,...my three free days of premium, I cannot account for how well it works. I guess my reasoning is, for when the two combatants are online. So let me just propose an example: Attacker (premium, online) Defender (non-premium, online) The defender has a shorter window of opportunity to retaliate against the attacker, while the attacker's golem is away. Even if you get that window, the attacker will have that extra time they saved coming back, to do another attack on you. I guess it isn't that big of an advantage, but just seemed like a disadvantage for the defender, in this particular instance. I will agree however, that I suppose there are other things that could be nitpicked. So I guess I'll leave this as is, since you have had far more experience in this field than I have. I still feel it should at least be considered for future premium/ticket enhancements. |
