So, FatherLatour keeps attacking me. Which is fine, it is a PVP based game. What's not fine, however, is that he never has a golem out, nor resources at his base. Why, you ask? well, it's pretty obvious that "FatherLatour" and "FatherCoyne" are being multi accounted together, given the fact that they always log in together. So, FatherLatour gives all his money/resources to FatherCoyne, who hides behind his iron golem, while FatherLatour gets to run around being a $%$^$#$ to whomever they please. Ark, you really out to look at this PVP system of yours, it's ripe for such abuses. |

Since this is beta, Ark has said he's allowing as many accounts as sign up. In release there will be only one account allowed per IP, so this won't be a problem in the future. |

I was actually capped out on resources, until I started building a new library. My golems are more valuable than the things they would be guarding, so I don't leave them out most of the time. I also have a level seven hidden room. That helps with the no resource thing. As for Father Coyne, that is ostensibly my brother's account, though I'll admit we use them pretty interchangeably. Edit: Hey, I recognize you now! You're the guy that got his iron golem's pelvis cut off when you attacked me! :DLast Edited: Apr 14, 2008, 5:11 am |

Yeah, that was also retarded. An iron golem with emerald eyes and an alchemical voidstone vs a glass golem (no doubt armored, but still) with a level 1 wall, and I think one hit struck you, while the class probably got 7-8 hits in, enough of which hit the pelvis to destroy it. I dunno, I think that's pretty stupid when a level 0 golem has any chance vs a level 5 one, even with a level 1 wall and whatever you equipped it with. Oh well, the game is still in Beta, even so, that sort of 'tuning' is pretty nonsensical. |

Hey, do you have any idea how expensive it is to maintain a glass Golem? With what I put up with, I deserve to take down an iron or two. |

Hidden room sukcs - It's limited to 10th level, and that's only 5000 resources... |

Yeah, the hidden room's real value is protecting your money and secondary resources, which most people never get too many of. |

does it really protect the money? It's only said it's primary resources... (I'm afraid of losing my money and secondary resources) |

Wow glass golems are such a cheat. Father latour sent one against me and my level 7 wall and iron golem. Iron golem did 6 damage, his glass did *156* with me as the defender. I guess he decided to get out of the glass business though, since he sent it with next-to-no chest. But still, the figures are ridiculous. I was the defender after all. |

Same thing happened to me, his glass golem oneshot my bone golem, took no damage... and this is an upgraded bone golem who has beaten off iron golems before with a decent damage in/out ratio. and the glass golem counts as level 0, so I don't even get exp for defending with a bone golem. |
