Running FF 3 on XP

I'm getting this small dot appear about the 'Fight Another XXXX' button when I first click on it and the button regularly does not work when I do click on it.
I think the dot has appeared above other buttons as well.

It's centred above the button, about a line height up and lights up on mouse over.

I get the same thing too when clicking buttons sometimes, happens with a lot of different ones. Typically if the progress bar doesn't appear at the bottom right of the browser window I just know to click again now so never really got around to reporting it...

It's, as far as I can tell, because the fight button has been displaced slightly - it's another byproduct of how FF3 has somehow managed to mess up buttons.
