And it drops glass, for all those glass golem users...Anyone find any interesting loot? Maybe this doesn't belong in the suggestion thread...except to suggest more interesting loot.

Creature
Duck of Doom
Description
A lone duck wanders this area, is it such a wise idea to attack it?
Attack
Bites, doom spell
HP
170

Why? Because every game needs a duck of doom.

Gigakoi 13 300 Bites unknown
Born in a madman's laboratory, the Gigakoi is a super-sized three-headed mutation of a killer koi. Being force-fed irradiated deer meat has not improved its temperament.

A couple more Elemental Forces for where ever needs some love.

Desert wind
Sudden dust storms have begun blowing through caravans. Engulfing whole wagons, and leaving nothing behind but splinters of wood and the bones of unfortunate victims. How can fight the wind?

Low Health 40-65
Very high resistances
Piercing attacks (think Sandblaster)

Drops: Glass, Money(of course),Some gems, and...
Wind charged paper (Power souse: 200 energy, 1 slot, 1 lbs)

Living Land Slide

Being caught in a land slide is terrifying, but what do you do when those very same rocks that raced over you start to come crashing back up?

Level: 14
Traits:
High health 200ish, Low resitances to sonic and blunt
Attacks: Crushing(blunt), fast attacks, low to medium damage.

Drops: Money, Gems, Addy, and Stone

I've had some elementals for a while now. They are still in testing, but they are some of the, if not the toughest, creatures in game.

They are still in testing, because right now only two of us have managed to kill them, with unlimited resources and full knowledge of their stats.

I would like to say that I believe they are finally and truely un-farmable.

(If the players really want to see them, we might be able to release them earlier and the players themselves can test. Right now only the earth elemental is fully fleshed out.)

The elementals possess very rare and interesting loot, and they are somewhat of an "unofficial" quest.

All of them require precise strategy to defeat. Each clan (2 fuse on one) has an elemental they will do particularly well against.

In order to complete the quest (That isn't ready yet), it will likely require the join efforts of multiple players.

I'll keep you posted.

But, as a teaser:

Hand of Fate did 902 dmg while an earthen titan did 447 dmg.

I wasn't talking about Elemental lords, but maybe some Elemental under-lords would be cool to help give us an idea on what we need to defeat their masters. XD

As for Unfarmablity, I have no problem if it takes me a long while to defeat something as long as there isn't some crappy drops waiting to mock me :D. Maybe there Could be Like one use Item that could be crafted (Super hard to get I'd assume) that would some how weaken the Elemental lords. Though I'm not sure What you mean by more then one person helping to take them down. Like I can understand a few people pitching in to form a super golem, but even that's pretty limited.

I suppose I'm just going to have too wait...

The first of these is almost ready to go. Some of the testing is proving... problematic, as most testers tend to.. expire, and modding certain values makes a world of difference. Observe:

Hand of Fate did 0 dmg while an ancient air elemental did 704 dmg.

Hand of Fate did 204 dmg while an ancient air elemental did 166 dmg.

Also, my personal record for damage from and to these critters (And another equipment loadout difference):

Unarmoured Admantine did 0 dmg while a towering inferno did 1066 dmg.

Hand of Fate did 403 dmg while a towering inferno did 231 dmg

Can't be sure, of course, but I think he means that it'll be almost impossible for any one Magus to kill all of them (without heavy clan-hopping). So, for instance, I kill the earth elemental with the dart tube (earth=slow, probably) but don't have a chance against the uber-fast wind elemental. So I need to broker a deal with a... melee clan Magus, to trade the rare drop from my guy for one from the one he can kill. Or whatever.

Its possible they might be talking more of hunting party formation multiple attackers vs a single defender. Not sure how that would work though.

So after looking around it would appear every location has received at least one new creature over the course of the game except for the southmont's eye and as such I would say it needs some. The description of southmont from the world map says the area has wyverns, so that's a possibility, and the description of the red dybbuk says it's the weakest of the dybbuks, so more of them would also fit well enough.

how about...

Chamelion
A bizzare cross between a lion and a chameleon. Its combination of swiftness, power, and camouflage make it a formidable foe.(not much of a writer. Maybe someone can add on?)
lvl: 10
HP: 75
low resists
claws(puncture, slice dmg)
Special: 80% miss chance for golem.

drops: money, gems, gold, glass. Occasionally addy, very rarely(maybe 0.5%): lion claws(slice: 5 puncture 10, speed:18, accuracy: 12%)

I do read these. Tadah.

One new creature for Southmount's Eye, and my current project is now filling in levels 5-10 along with empty areas. I'll hopefully get at least one per area. As they're lower level they should come out within roughly a week after being made.

Thanks:) However, either there was a bug, you meant that the southmont monster was in your plans, or you forgot to actually update as there is currently no new monster at southmont's eye.

I was told it was cleared to go. Should be up any time now.

It's harder to actually fill in lacking areas, as there a lot of locations that have NONLIVE critters in their listings, and I can't tell without investigating each one.

(I.E, if people want to post areas they think need some work, I'll hop right on them.)

Added one creature to each of those zones, with the exception of the Rifts. (It seems to already have a WIP on it, and it is also not adjacent to anything, so can wait.)

They'll be up after some brief testing.

Any other place lacking?

Well..

Mount Kestrel jumps from 4 directly to 14
Arbrook Forest jumps from 4 directly to 16
The Necropolis jumps from 2 directly to 14
Greynsfell Ruins jumps from 4 directly to 14

The Ironwood jumps from 5 directly to 18
The Wastes jumps from 5 directly to 15

Harperdale only goes to a level 5

Oh and statisticaly right now (not including recent additions) in the range of 5 to 10:

a few more level 7's 8's and 9's would be cool in those areas. Maybe A group of different cultists in the The Necropolis
