Not sure how obvious the answer to this question is but I'm new here. I've killed a few monsters and looted some stuff from them, is there a inventory somewhere that shows me how much stuff I've got, like the gold, gems, bottles, that sort of thing?

It should show below your regular resources, under the heading "Other".
