Thread: Buildings not leveling up properly.

I've had problems with my buildings not leveling up properly. When I decided to upgrade my basement from level 1 to level 2 I paid the resources and waited the time required, but the level didn't change. The amount required to upgrade it did change as if it had leveled up. The same thing happened today when I tried to level my library up from level 5 to level 6. Is there some way to fix this?

Can you give me more details on this bug? The logs didn't show you upgrading the basement or library (but did show an upgrade to the hidden room).

How many buildings were already in the queue when this occurred?

The library upgrade reappeared in the que, finished it's time and upgraded properly the day after I posted this. The basement upgrade was a few days ago and I didn't realize for a while that it hadn't worked right. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'd be happy to supply any information you want. There was no other items in the que, since I am not a premium member.

As for the library, originally I started the upgrade and came back many hours later after it should have finished. I saw the que was empty and put in another upgrade. I think it was the hidden room but I'm not completely sure. Then I realized that the library had not actually improved. So I made this post here. The following morning I logged back on and the library was in the que with 2 hours left. Once the two hours were up it upgraded to level 6 correctly.

I also have an upgraded basement, which holds the same number of golems as my original basement.

I just figured that it was one of those things that improved every OTHER level.
