My wall took a bit of a beating (probably deserved it), but as I was repairing, I clicked to build a few extra times before the page had refreshed and:

Barricade Barricade, Level 16 2 hr 5 min 6 sec

At the bottom where it normally shows barricade maxed at 15 it says:
ERROR: Barricade max lvl exceeded, correcting (15 + 3 > 15).

Edit: I cancelled one level to see what would happen, it cancelled, but left the other two going, refunded about 4k money and associated resources. I'll leave the other 2 going so you can see it.
Further edit: When one level finished, the next upgrade level showed as upgrading to level 16, so the barricade won't go above 15, but I think it still charged me for the upgrade.
