Since it appears that everybody else is getting their clan organized prior to the live-load, I figured I would go ahead and publish the one I have planned.
The all woman Avae Demma Vanaadt Clan, or cult as those excluded are inclined to whisper, is a secretive society steeped in traditions passed down through ages by the clan's matriarchy.
Led by the Loru, or matriarch, the clan relies upon superior defenses and tactics, rarely getting into an actual fight with other clans. In those infrequent cases where action was to be taken, ways are usually found that brings the full power of Avae's more aggressive allies to bear upon the unfortunates, leaving the clan's hands clean of any "wet" work.
Avae Demma Vanaadt will be open to FEMALE characters only. As I'm not that interested in PVP, I've decided to pick Defense as the primary path with Items as secondary. I'm hoping that there will be enough lee way in the code that PVP will be allowed, but not encouraged, for those inclined. No alignment requirement nor location requirement will be made.
There will be a golem level requirement of being capable of three types of golem: flesh (the default), bone, and another, preferably iron. Minimum level to join will level 3. I would really like to put a requirement in for research levels in as well (armor, eyes, and power sources), but we'll have to wait and see if that pans out. Because of that, I may have the clan as invite-only set, but in reality have it open to those who can prove their abilities in those three research levels. Dunno. Beta.
I'll edit this post as I come up with revealable things and any clarification or changes. |

| Color me interested, I'm a builder by preference. Although I admit taking my freshly build beauties out for a test drive is rather fun. And while monter hunting is good, sometimes the PvP aspect gives the best evaluation of capabilites. |

| Well, that's two. I haven't specifically sent out individual messages, so I hope that's not taken as a slight. Once the clan system starts running, I'll get the formal invites sent out. |

Just thought I'd add that since the PvP will be a separate thing from the clan system, we don't HAVE to be defense primary. But, I don't see much reason to change it at this point as it could be a good advantage. Probably stick with Items as secondary.
I guess in short, we'll be sticking to the game plan unless someone can come up with a compelling argument against either. |
