I keep doing this... I assume that I only have 1 limb in my basement while building a golem and just automatically select attach limb... and it nearly always turns out to be some lvl 1 flesh limb that I have for no reason. I then have to spend lots of motivation removing the limb and replacing it with the correct one.
Would it be possible to add a warning when adding limbs?
Just a "are you sure you want to add x to this golem?" it would save me (and maybe other useless people) lots of hassle!... please!

Just so long as it is optional and can be turned off, I'd be ok with it. I've messed up a limb before, but if we get an "Are you sure?" message every time we add something to a golem it'll increase the time it takes to builds scrappers. especially as I add everything to the golem all at once.

Yeah, I concur with Haruna. In fact I think the "are you sure" message shouldn't by default be on, if it were to be added. Yeah, it may save a few people a bit of hassle of wasting some motivation occasionally, but it would just cause more hassle for everyone all of the time.

I've even done this before, for a bit my useless defender fleshie had a level 5 iron head. I don't even know why I made a level 5 iron head to begin with. But, life carried on much as it had before, only with 1 less level 5 iron head in it.

Of course maybe I'm just pessimistic and impatient. That darn "are you sure you want to give this person a clan golem?" confirmation has caused me all sorts of inconvenience as I pretty much always forget about it and leave the page without confirming.

I agree with CommComms, although I do like the are you sure on clan golems, except that I don't think it should trigger when trying to give one for yourself. It's already a special case with a special message, and if you do it accidentally you can always give the golem back to the depot.

I do wish the order of items to put on made more sense though, many times I'll build a pair of say, clay legs, and when I go to attach them to the golem the left leg might be at the top of the leg list, while the right leg is near the bottom. This particular idiosyncrasy being ironed out would probably get rid of at least 70% of the "Oh noes, wrong limb!"
