just a quick question what level does a magus's personal library max out at and what levels do the clan buildings also max out at

Personal library currently maxes at level 15.

Clan buildings are supposed to max at level 20 (obviously not counting the Transfer Office which comes maxed) but dunno if anyone has maxed theirs out yet.

given that a level 11 Clan Library costs +17,000,000 Iron, I don't think our economy has anyone hitting 20 right now.

Ahh, but the key words are 'right now' Eventually, someone will get there, although we should be safely out of Beta by then. :)
