Copper golems are statistically better in both speed and damage. (the -25 max hp isn't really a big deal as no one makes FULL secondary resource golems) This doesn't make much sense, as Brass is MUCH more expensive to produce than copper is. I have made one of each, and just throwing it out there...if you want one of these, go copper. |

I'm really confused by some of the tuning in this game. Arkham, can you chime in on what's going on and what you're seeing? There's a whole lot of broken going on while you work on clans, and while it's great to get a new feature, it's not great if half your players have left because they see some of the ridiculous griefinf that people have pulled in the mean while. See the posts about bone golems and glass golems (still) |

I think part of the idea is that golems are pretty disposable. You can always keep building, and you can always make a new one, even if somebody is pummeling you with a glass golem. They can kill you, but they can't eat you. :P |

one thingg that may help balance glass golems is power sourse weight increases exponeially a glass golem only has a capacity of 40 and a void stone weighs 30 I'd be willing to bet that a lvl 4 power source will simplely be to heavy for a glass golem to use when higher lvl power sources start being more common glass golems will lose a bit of their edge and since heavier weapons willl probably do more damage the clans will also help balance things |

that is correct. You can't put any of the level 4 powersources on a glass. |

Yeah, but the big advantage of a glass is that, with the attacks I've seen, a glass with a regular power source can put out 30+ attacks in the first round - give it good eyes and it just killed whatever it was attacking it. Other golems are much slower to do their attacks, even if they have a good power source. Add in their ridiculous dodge bonus, and those initial attacks very rarely do much of anything. This is one case where slow and steady definitely LOSES the race. |

Does your glass do this against everything? I haven't used mine since the level was changed since the motivation costs are too high and there's nothing of comparable level to attack anyway, but before that and also against the practice dummy I didn't get nearly that many attacks even with a voidstone, and don't win consistently against the higher level practice dummies. |
