Is it me or are bone golems doing less damage per hit? I have been fighting the yeti and it seems like my bone golem is both doing and taking less damage. |

I fight the yeti often. It's damage output is significantly reduced at night (as would be your own). I preferentially fight it at night as I never kill it anyway and it keeps repair costs down. |

I'm pretty sure bone golem damage actually has been tweaked down. It is currently 3, 5, 3 damage for impact slashing and piercing and if memory serves it used to be 3, 5, 8. So the bone golem "broken" issue has been at least decreased (By how much remains to be seen). |

Now has anyone else seen that Armour isn't working when you are defending? I had enough armor on my level 2 bone (Light plate, and Iron scales) that it claimed to stop 23 piercing. The other areas only had Iron studs, but took the exact same amount of damage. [Round 1] Your Bone Golem begins to advance upon her Bone Golem while her Bone Golem begins to aggressively advance upon your Bone Golem. Both combatants are out of range with about 44 feet between them. [Round 2] Your Bone Golem continues to advance upon her Bone Golem while her Bone Golem closes to melee with your Bone Golem. Your Bone Golem attacks with its fist and misses 7 times, but also hits the chest (6 dmg), the chest (6 dmg), the left arm (6 dmg), the chest (6 dmg) and the chest (6 dmg). Her Bone Golem has no usable weapons and does not attack. [Round 3] Your Bone Golem attacks with its fist and misses 12 times, but also hits once on the left arm (6 dmg). The left arm snaps into bony splinters with a loud *CRACK*! Her Bone Golem has no usable weapons and does not attack. [Round 4] Your Bone Golem attacks with its fist and misses 7 times, but also hits once on the chest (6 dmg). Ribs become deadly bone shrapnel as the chest explodes. Her Bone Golem shuts down due to excessive damage. Results: Bone Golem did 42 dmg while her Bone Golem did 0 dmg. The defender lost its iron studs. You earned 0 xp and Halftea earned 3 xp. Your golem will be back at your workshop in 1 min 30 sec. Looted: Your golem has raided 1553 balls of stone and 109 cages of flesh from Halftea's workshop. Admitedly this the last attack after I had just been double-teamed, but while I have noticed that armor works well when attacking monsters and on the offense PvP, it has no value other than potential loot while you are on defense. Am I the only one who has seen this?Last Edited: Apr 30, 2008, 4:54 pm |

I've found that armoring and putting decent items on a golem while it's defending just makes a target. |

As for making the defending golem a target, Kep has fixed some of the issues associated with this. More details at this thread in the bugs forum: [www.muelsfell.com/world/map_community.php] |
