Can you still make it if a clan item speciality was its secondary? DDLast Edited: Dec 16, 2008, 6:22 am |

I don't recall the level, but we are an Item clan so it was not an obstacle. As there are no items over Level 10, you can make it - even as a secondary - with a sufficiently high library. Affording the library level - totally a different matter. |

You can get anything from your secondary path, providing a large library. There is no research restrictions on secondary path, you simply open new options at half the rate. So someone with item secondary would need twice the library level of an item primary clan. |

Twice the library level requirement, when the library caps at 20, means secondary caps at 10. Therefore a clan with a certain secondary requirement will never be able to get the very high-teir items. |

Are there any research options for any clan type above level 10? |

Alchemy is supposed to have up to 20 prepared already, as for the rest of them, not yet, but that's likely to change. |

there's nothing on a published horizon, no, but that will mean that there will be things you cannot get in your secondary path - adding differentiation to clans which is a good thing. |

New items are very easy to add to the clans. The problem is that it's pretty time consuming to test the items before making them live. Yanno, I'm open to new suggestions for items in the Suggestions & Improvements folder (or in a new thread here in Clan Discussions). I can't guarantee that I'd make any item that's suggested, but it'd help me better understand what people want for their high level clan stuff. Kep |

Yeah, Alchemy's 20 levels are pretty easy for Arkham to set-up, so don't think we're getting a better deal... lol We still have to get there... :( I so want to find out if I can make money.... E |

Well for alchemy, since so many people are wanting stone and iron, it seems that soliciting bids for transmutation from a lower resource - say the bone surplus people are always complaining about - should be a ready made money maker for y'all. Unless you mean direct transmutation into money? Don't think that would work well, might as well wish to transmute into premium tickets. :) |

/Elsworth stops and thinks about the last statement of Halftea.... Yeah, got that covered, but there's probably gonna be more of a market for secondaries... And that's what I was waiting for... Once the library is upgraded... |
