i wan't to know if there is no one in my clan and i mean no one i just joined there is no magistrate is there like a moderator that can make me one so i can fix the guild and make it better it is called steel hammers

Not really. There are a handful of empty clans and I don't think there's a cleanup feature to get rid of them.

Edit: Tried to send you an invite to join the clan I'm in but I can't since you're still in a clan. Send me a PM if/when you leave and I'll send you an invite.

My understanding is that he's leaving them there in case their respective magistrates begin playing again.

Yeah, there are a few where I think the magistrates left as well. Thus, nobody can change the 1st joining member's rank to anything. Maybe the 1st person to join an empty clan should be automatically made magistrate or something.

There is a difference between clan that have no active members and clans that have no members. A clan with no active members can come back if the members decide to play again. The ones with no members, period, is pretty much useless.
