Hi, welcome to the game. People make agreements where they will give someone stuff for free, or bounce it between alt accounts - they put up a rediculously horrible offer like that so that whoever (probably non-MAGIER) is helping Narf will accept and basically give him 7000 gold coins. Sometimes this is, say, advance payment for something, sometimes this is payment for a service, sometimes it's just a gift among friends.
