My golem was critically hit 3 times, the damage spilling slightly past my barricade's reduction abilities and doing a total of 11 damage. However it's body hp was reduced 34 points, so it seems that the barricade doesn't reduce that damage as much as I would expect. Perhaps it's intentional but it seems weird to me. The attacker had frostbite cast, in case that matters.

I've noticed this too... Had my starter golem destroyed about a month ago because of this.
Got attacked overnight (can forward the report if needed) golem took 16 damage, wall took 145 damage, golem HP dropped 26.
Certainly seems counter intuitive if this is WAD.
