I have a flesh golem. I was wondering if replacing the hands with bone would help to increase the unarmed damage. |

No the damage it does is based on the strength of the golem not the individual parts. The base strength of the golem is determined by the type of golem. For every 10 strength points it adds one point of damage. Golem type is determined by Chest type when it is created. I think there are ways to change it with Alchemy, but I am a little short in the info deptartment on that. Last Edited: Jan 5, 2009, 6:07 am |

would the only benefit from having bone hands be defense against the bash/slash/pierce? |

Each type of golem has different resists and hit points. The HP increaes as you go down the list of resources, as does the resists (but not as smoothly). So, yes, bone hands are better than flesh but not by a huge amount. Also, higher level parts have more hp (and slots) than lower level parts of the same type but the same resists. |

And you can repair it using bone. |
