My clanmates said that the building of barricade at the last list but I do not have barricade list. The last one fro me is Hidden Room.

As I recall Barricade doesn't show up on that list until certain requirements are met. Which is a tad weird considering that the other building that aren't able to be upgraded at the start tell you so.

My memory may be a bit faulty, but I think it was workshop level 3 or 5. Jus up your workshop a few and see if that helps.
