Is it at all possible to change out the parts of a golem, like say I had a right arm made of bone, and I wanted to replace a right arm made of flesh on my golem.

If that isn't possible, is there any chance it could happen at a later date?

Once you become level 3 and have an item quest option, you can obtain the Fulcrum Hacksaw which will allow you (at a steep cost of motivation) to take the parts back OFF the golem after they have been attached.

Till then, Armor the rest of your golem and let some monster rip them off.
