Are flesh and bone golems the only two you can make if you are not a premium member?

I just ask, because I could see a bunch of other golems when I got the 3 days of premium membership for free, and now that that is gone, I can no longer see them.

Nope, you don't need to be a premium, I remember the golem requirements being shown as I neared the capacity to build them, although that was a while ago.

No, you can still make all the golem types as a non-premium member, it's just that when you're premium you can see all the library options, while when you aren't premium you can only see what you have the prerequisites to research.

non-premium sees the current possible research and the next level you can research. like when your library is level 3, you can see wood level 1 and clay level 1
