Are these one time use or permanent like a special item so you can relocate again later?

Seems kind of steep for 1 time that's all I guess.

Well... Of course it is expensive! After all you have to pay the builders to make a copy of your workshop in another city, then you have to pay the movers to transfer all your stuff, and last the demolition crew to take down your old workshop. And they do it all in a day!!

Actually... considering an in-game day is 4 hours for us... they do it all in 6 days, which is still a bit impressive I suppose.
