Alright, I've noticed that our hard earned library levels sometimes present us with lackluster options. Just who are we assigning to research in our clan, anyway? When I tell my wizard to develop an item, I want something that makes a big explosion and blows golems apart, not something that just deflects off of armor as if it were nothing. We've got Iron Swords to do that. So, here is where we Maguses of the world start planning Clan Items, or speak of rumors of items developed previously that have yet to be discovered by the clans at large.

Guided Missiles: A high-level Ranged item that attaches to the golem's shoulders. Fires missiles that indiscriminately destroy wall and golem. Deals a large amount of Fire-type damage.
Sonic Shield: A shield that will deflect 50% of incoming attacks... if they have any Sonic damage. Otherwise, it is not as useful, blocking only around 5-10% of attacks. Developed when a magus had a bolt of lightning hit into an unsuspecting golem and destroyed it.
Silver Shout Mask: When a golem gets angry, a golem bellows out in rage. Does at least 15 sonic damage. It's silver because a magus finally got fed up with the large stores of the useless metal, so used that instead of his precious iron.
Magic Hammer Spell: Bah. I hate wall levels. Here, Golem, let me conjure for you a Magic Hammer that hacks away at the Wall while you go and fight the defender! Technically not an item, but pretty interesting anyway.
Running Shoes: Sometimes, a golem just can't run away fast enough. This item allows for single-round bursts of speed when fleeing from golems. Potentially a high level ranged item.
Silver Sword: Who cares about Iron Swords? Swords made of silver are nice and shiny, and can lop through golem parts. Deals at least 15 slashing damage. Or maybe we can make it enchanted with cold to do some extra Cold damage, as well! Often used in formal events.
Cursed Golden Mask: Oh snap, this mask has teeth. Once in the battle, it randomly chomps into an enemy golem, dealing a large amount of damage (think Anvil). Based off of the original found in the lair of the Runic Bonewalker.
Mounted Magic Missile: Similiar to the Guided Missiles, except it is a single large one. Once in the battle, it launches at the enemy golem, dealing large amounts of damage (think Anvil, again!).
Spectacles: These magic glasses allow a golem to learn more of the enemy golem. Allows for a magus to find out an enemy golem's exact status, including where their items are.
Demon Arm Booster: Developed by some insane magus. When a golem is about to lose its arm, it instead takes aim and blasts the entire limb at the enemy, hand and all, causing a large explosion upon impact. Frightening to watch.

Edit: For readability, please try to keep it in similiar format to that above, with names bolded and descriptions not bolded. Thanks!

I've got a few ones.

The Rotary Cannon: Through the use of advanced gearboxes and a special belt-fed design this wonder of wonders spits out a huge amount of munitions in a short amount of time.
I'm thinking a low damage, high RoF weapon: say 6 pierce/2 fire with the attacks, 60ft range, +/-5% accuracy, no limit on the number of attacks in one round and a low energy cost. A high level item, with the ammunition having a large build stack (like 100 shots per belt made)
Mounted in the chest/abdomen and requires both arms to use.

Ablative Armor: A method of armoring which rather than adding resistance to damage, adds a 'buffer' of health to the limb/body part in question. One use only and is destroyed upon removal.

Dread Howler: A large mouth is attached to the golem's abdomen which then howls when closing on an enemy in battle. Inflicts high sonic and piercing damage, but can only hold enough ammunition to be used once per battle.

Overdrive Enchantment: A Spell/Item which increases the golem's two fold, but inflicts Strength/10*ECL damage directly to the Main HP of the golem every round.

The Dead Man's Guard: A single use Spell/Item which causes a golem to be pulled out of harms way and placed into a slot in the Magi/Clan's Basement/Depot when shut down rather than risk destruction at the hands of an opponent. There is a chance that any item attached to said golem could be left behind when pulled out of combat in this way.

Tackle: A Spell which knocks down an opponent on a successful critical attack, making them waste energy getting back up.

Farmer's Delight: A Spell which adds a golem's Level*Modifier to the Magi's Resource/hour, the resource is depended on the type of golem used, and the golem must be outside of the workshop for this to take effect.

Blackout: A Spell which causes night to fall when a golem attacks/upon a Magi's workshop, causing their opponent to fumble in the dark.

Grappling Hook: An Item which has a 30ft range and if it hits 'warps' the golem into combat range with it's opponent.

Steam-powered Impact Wrench: Decrease golem component production time by 25%. Also with the chisel attachment, it (along with the Fulcrum Hacksaw) decreases the motivational requirements of taking apart golem components by 50%.

Eight Demon Cask: Just like the Eight Demon Bag...but uses a shaped charge. Concentrates all destructive power to one location and ignores physical armor. Delivery golem takes damage as usual, but only half as much. Think melee ranged "anvil".

Tench-Kisaragi Heavy Industries' Oversized U-Shaped Iron Pipe: Gives a golem a 20% chance of reflecting a Flying Anvil attack back to its point of origin.

'Luminum Louisville Slugga: Does pretty much the same thing that a standard club does, but it just sounds a whole lot cooler.

Road Map: Decreases an attacking golem's motivational cost by 20% to a minimum of 6. Limited use item (i.e. map have to be updated regularly).

Tench-Kisaragi Heavy Industries' 20'x20' Gray Wool Blanket: Throw this little piece of high tech on your guardian golem and your opponents won't know your guardian's type, armor, eyes, power (except steam engine) and weapon type (if it's small) until it's too late.

Rotating Pit Trap These mobile holes rotate around your workshop, giving an attacking golem a 75% chance of falling in and losing one combat round to climbing back out. Flying negates.

Melee Reed Oil One use item for melee weapon clans, which when equipped with a weapon causes it to do fire damage instead of its normal type

Workshop Moat: Cuts the speed of an attacking golem by 50%.

Moat Monster: Requires a moat, but adds 5pts of damage in defense of the workshop.

Armored Wall: Decreases the amount of damage a wall takes by 2% times the level of the wall.

Spiked Spikes: Caffeinated goodness is infused into the animated spikes, doubling the amount of damage they do.

Arrow Slits: The lackeys that run your workshop (you know you've got them) are able to help defend by shooting arrows at an attacking golem, 1pt per workshop level plus 1pt bonus for each level of wall.

Allure: Adding a walkway to the top of the wall allows a better vantage point for afore mentioned lackeys; extra 1pt per level of wall.

Boiling Oil: Poured from the workshop wall, damages the head and chest of an attacking golem by 2pts per level of wall.

Sand Fleas: Once the oil is gone, time for the sand, conveniently infested by these irritating creatures, causing attacking golems to slow their attack as they scratch themselves mindlessly.

Sideline Bench: Set up to have a second golem queued up to defend the workshop should the first one be incapacitated. Golem-ade not included.

Silver Tongue: Golems equipped with a silver tongue can talk to another golem, confusing its magical instructions enough to slow it 25%.

Passed Bar: When added to the silver tongue, causes said golem to quote legal texts, slowing the opposing golem another 15% as it occasionally weeps, moans, and cries.

Campaign Speech: Combined with the tongue and bar, adds another 5% of slowing, plus a 1 in 435 chance of having opposing golem's head explode.

Librarian: A rather well educated lackey who will maintain the mess that is your Library. Adds 1 more level of research for every 25 levels of magus.

Stealthly Glow/Shroud : An enchantment/item which allows the golem in question to be used Twice the number of times in Magus versus Magus combat. This spell/item is restricted and there is a small chance that the guard will notice it and impound your golem in your workshop for 24 hours. (Making it unable to attack or be modified for 24 hours, can not be used in defense, but can be stored int he basement.)

Here we go, round two!

Boxing Gloves: Fairly flighty fisticuffs facilitating a small amount of bludgeoning damage. Unline other weapons, though, these are actually useful - they allow your golem the same number of attacks as normal! Perfect for those 'just a little more damage' types.
Bolas: For ranged clans. Those pesky attackers giving you a problem? Throw a pair of Bolas and watch them trip over themselves! Try to catch me now~!
Sunglasses: For those desert-fighters who are annoyed over the sun's glare. Cancels out/reduces the desert fighting penalty.
Spectacles: For those, er, not-as-hawk-visioned golems. Adds an additional bonus to accuracy, on top of the eyes, usually around +2%.
Mitt: Coaches in boxing need to be able to stop attacks effectively. These hand-equippable items are perfect for deflecting normal unarmed (or boxing gloves) melee attacks, giving a 50%+ chance to block. These are mostly ineffective against melee weapons and ranged weapons, though.
Miner's Pick: See that iron golem's arm? It's made of iron. Iron is useful! With a Miner's Pick, should your golem destroy the arm or any other body part off of an enemy golem, you can claim useful resources from it! Also works with all types of golem.
Armor-Piercing Round: A special type of ammo! Increases minimum damage on a ranged weapon by a certain amount. The downside is that it costs quite a bit more than your normal type of ammo.

At first I thought of this as a spell, but it could probably be applied to any clan item too, though that would be way more powerful:

Spell- Wolf in sheeps clothing: reduces a golems ECL by a set amount, probably 1 or 2.
