two requests to change reports.
#1 - selecting a technology from the library should not be a Weapon/Item update. Those are frequent and purge from the database. The day we selected Improved Steam Engine was a momentous day and should always be in the archive. Move this to General Clan Update since those don't roll off?

#2 Construction Updates. These also should not roll off - it's not like we're carrying a lot of weight around here. Right now, we have 3224 records rolling in our journal of which only one is a construction update. Yes, I want to know how many months back we built the level 3 library.

With this, I can infer a number of things we didn't think to record along the way - like what level item is the six demon bag (for instance) by comparing the date we selected the tech to the date of library construction. Not 100% but we've got nothing else to go on.
