Can anyone tell me how long 1 Muelsfell day lasts? Is is consistent or does it change with relation to real time?

I think 1 day lasts 4 hours. There's another thread or two with the information in it somewhere.

4 hours indeed. More specifically (times in 'server time'):
12pm - night
02pm - day
04pm - night
06pm - day
08pm - night
10pm - day
etc.
Convert this to your time zone and you can know whether it's night or day in muelsfell without needing to log in.
