So has anybody confirmed that the night penalty erasure comes from the head and not the torso?

I highly doubt it. Some illicit research months ago had indicated something along the lines of heads giving bonuses, but it was never confirmed in practice; so far, every golem gives benefits based on the overall golem type, not any individual part.

The night penalty comes off with a Gem Torso. I know because my golem has all stone parts and torso and abdomen are gem. Like everthing else thats based on the type of golem it is such as damage, speed, strength, etc. why would this be any different?

I just got my 15th achievment, unlocking lv 2 gems and I'm already looking forward to lv3s.

I know its a premium ticket purchase but that doesn't show on the list. Is there also an achievment requirement? Or is it just not live yet?

It was a 1 time thing as a premium purchase. So far there are no perks for having more than 15 achievements.
