I've been Trying to complete the achievments Old School Rock and Giant Slayer, so I have been killing the Giant with a Level 5 Stone, but Even though I've killed the giant 23 times and Old school rock has not yet registered a sigle kill. Any reason to this?

Is it one you got via your clan? I think I remember something recently about an Owner tag that won't transfer so you can't just pass around a golem that has the achievement...maybe?

There was originally no "creator" field on golems, so when I put it in I defaulted the value to the current owner.

That means if someone else made your golem, but you had it when the field was set, you're now considered the "creator" as far as the game is concerned.

Hm, I really should add the creator to the golem page somewhere... page is getting way cluttered, though, need to simplify it one day.

Or make a little Stats tab which minimizes/maximizes on click! Kinda like the Send Message part of the message system? We want to see all the numbers in our golems that they have!

Is there a reason that creator should make a difference? You should be able to accomplish a task with a golem that you didn't build... if you're really worried about achievement sharing, why not create new columns in the table that grow at the same rate as each of the current columns, but are reset when the golem changes owners? Personally, I see no reason why I shouldn't be able to, for example, do my hunting with a bone 3 I got from my clanmate, being as I am, unable to create one myself.

Going with Sconi's line of thinking, maybe have some sort of "memory wipe". A golem would lose the prior achievements, but make it possible for the golem to get the achievements for the new owner. (Why am I having Star Wars flashbacks?) Course, this could be made a default thing when it goes into a clan depot or through the transfer office. To put it in RP terms, maybe a golem has to have the memory wipe so it'll follow orders from a new master.

Droid Mind Wipe! Totally awesome in Star Wars roleplaying games. Just threaten a droid with the deadly Mind Wipe, and they tend to be Quite Obedient from then on!
