Thread: No Arms, and still using my Longbow!

using Firefox, v3.0.12

fighting the Spined Troll. he got a little too close, and tore off both of my arms. (no left arm, left hand, right arm, right hand). So I figured that my Longbow was gone... I accidentally hit the attack button again, (because I just woke up, and am busy chatting with someone else as well as playing) and thought that I was going to get totally destroyed, but that was not the case!!

Your Forest Golem fails to back up while a spined troll begins to aggressively slosh through the muck towards your Forest Golem. The defender's sharp fangs are out of range with about 72 feet between them, but the attacker readies its frostwood longbow.
Your Forest Golem attacks with its frostwood longbow and misses once, but also hits the right arm (12 dmg), the left leg (11 dmg), the chest (11 dmg), the right arm (9 dmg) and the pelvis (11 dmg).

I am also using the Flying Anvil, which I have seen had some major bugs in it, but I wasn't the one getting hit with it, so not sure if this is related or not. I tested this another 4 or 5 times, to make sure, and every time I used my Longbow (which is being held by the right hand) I even reloaded it!

I'm 90% sure this is due to the phantom limbs bug, where an item should get removed due to destruction but doesn't. Kinda thought I fixed it in the last combat update, but apparently not. Back on the list!

Golden bunny ring still hangs out after losing the limb too.
