I believe that would be one of the less common of the 16 special items around the game.

As for what it does, I'm afraid I haven't a clue. :(

Does your Special Items area in the storage hold any clues?

No it doesn't, it just looks like seeds. Nothing else :(

And I really wanted spikes :(

The spikes aren't all they're cracked up to be. I'm pretty jealous about the seeds though. :-\

Should be fixed now. You've been given the spikes and the seeds have vanished.

Edit: Guess I should spill the beans (pun, hah) and mention that the seeds will have an effect for the garden, a workshop structure for growing things. Don't expect the garden too soon, though. :)

I'll look forward to getting my hands on some Pixiemint Seeds one day myself. :)

Speaking of special items though, does anyone know if you can accrue quest slots after your third at level 15?

Otherwise I guess Kep will be providing us with other ways to get those special items...
