How are we supposed to get these now, other than just killing stuff? because two of the ones i need now never drop at all. is there any way to make bronze and brass? this will especially suck when it comes to making golems out of these things, as drops other than money are few and far between, and all it ever seems to drop are glass and gems. |

This goes with a question that I was going to ask. Are you able to receive different resources by fighting different creatures. I've tried fighting various creature but as far as loot goes, I've had the most success by fighting the creature next to my workshop. I usually get gems and glass, but sometimes bronze plates and the occasional adamantite nugget. When I fight lvl 2 creatures all I get is gold (and higher xp). Are the drops different for each creature or are they basically the same? |

Just researched lvl 1 bronze golems and boy was i in for a suprise. 7500 bronze to start a torso. wow. this is totally ridiculous for the amount of bronze that we can currently get. there needs to be a way for us to make bronze. i dunno, maybe make a place we can go to combine iron and stone into bronze for a small fee or something. anything, just make it easier to get secondary resources like this. |

Which is exactly why I'm not going to waste any time or resources on secondary resource golems! Even if I could manage to acquire enough adamantine to build one, I'd forever be in search of something to repair it. My guess is that is what the alchemists will be for when the they come on line. I'm not too worried about building golems right now, I'm just trying to keep myself in glass. It takes a long time to get to 750 bottles. I only seem to find glass fighting this one level on creature and only 4-8 bottles at a shot (and not everytime either). If anyone knows of some place where the pickings are richer, let me know. The alchemists will affect how you can acquire copper, bronze, and brass. They're almost ready to go live (and it'll probably be today). Glass is simply an issue of there not being enough variety in creatures right now. Hopefully that will be resolved in a few days after I decide how to handle the armour resistance tweaks. Sorry, please be patient! I can only work on so many things at once. :) Kep |

yeah, seriously Ark, you are way more on top of it than any other small game programmer I've ever seen. You've been improving the game daily - keep up the good work. Dilvish said: No problem. By all means, don't take this stuff the wrong way. We're enjoying the game, and please don't get discouraged. |

Nope, not discouraged at all! Mostly I think I overwhelm myself with all the things I want to do. ;) The alchemists are now live (actually since late last night, but I was too tired to post). The costs may still make creating a entire golem out of those materials excessive, but I'll be keeping an eye on things. Let me know if you have any problems. Kep |
