So I am sure that this site uses BBcode for posts but I can't seem to get images to post with it. I was going to start something of a random image thread in my clan to increase player activity but with parts of the code locked up I can't do that. Thus my suggestion is to unlock the rest of the codes that people can post with. [:-)] :)

EDIT: Even the smilly doesn't work.

Not sure how likely this is to get implemented, cause you start unlocking more code and posts could get real big, real fast. Even limiting the file size that can be posted, it can end up taking a lot of space on the server (or wherever), which Kep has to pay for.

And if we add emotes then people are gonna want options for face types, then people will want to use their own...

Allowing image hotlinking without image upload doesn't add too much bloat, but I'd agree we don't need smilies. I think the main concern is that people could post NSFW images or use hotlinked images in phishing schemes.

I don't truly care about smiles either, that was just an observation. As far as NSFW or phishing with the images, that's what mods are for. I guess that would bring up the need to be able to delete posts as well as apposed to just hiding them.
