This is probably a simple fix, I noticed Steam Generators don't stack in the Clan Armoury. I'm guessing because they are a new item type. :) Dunno if this would apply to Non-Defense Clans though.

Some of our items stack and some don't - we'll have a stack of weapons and then like, three by themselves. I think it has to do with how much ammo ours carry, but of course yours don't have that issue.

Say you have 6 total longbows in the armory. 3 of them stack and 3 dont. the 3 that are listed separately all have shots remaining because they were returned shots left or whatever. Not sure if that's what you ere getting at Yami. But I see that some just don't stack, like in our clan the Etched Crystal Focuses, Brass Lanterns, and Iron Swords don't stack.

While it's not the armory, it may also be somewhat relevant to note that foodstuffs in storage don't stack either.

The ammo in ranged weapons issue I am familiar with, as we see the same with our Flametoungues. Since the Etched Crystal Focus has its own item type, like our Generators, it may be similar with that item.

And it would make sense if the code hadn't been updated for recent additions to impact the foodstuff items in personal storage. You probably see the same with the clothing items/wax lips/Bunny ring. Maybe the dragon scales as well although I can't say for certain on those.

Couldn't say why the Brass Lanterns and Iron swords don't stack though, We haven't had any issues with lanterns or general weapons. Could it be because they are General Clan items?

Bunny rings and dragon scales seem to stack fine, our lanterns stack too.

Probably not (or only not) that the Generators are new- while we just choose the Etched Crystals, they've been around for months.

A correction to my post: While I have noticed it before, I just double checked our Armory and noticed that the items I previously mentioned, are indeed stacked. If indeed there is an issue, I blame my recent inattentiveness. Although, I don't discredit you, Halftea.

lol, No worries, like I said, it's a minor issue. More cosmetic than any impact on game play. I think we were just trying to narrow down the instances in which it occurs to help Kep figure out where in the code the issue lies.

But if the General Clan items and Etched Crystal Focus are indeed stacking properly, then the problem remains with the Generators and foodstuffs in personal Storage. Again, I'm likely thinking its a matter of being comparatively new items and just need their types added to that code section rather than something causing a bug.

Items are stacked by category, with the exception of ranged weapons which only stack if their ammo amounts are the same. Default behaviour for categories is "don't stack" (since stacking can be undesirable for charged items or items with variable amount of uses, etc).

Food and steam generators don't stack because I hadn't updated the items class to do it yet. I have it on the to-do for today, should be an easy update. :)

See? I knew it was likely an easy fix. :) Thanks Kep!
