A couple of minor tweaks to the golem page.

1) If the golem you're viewing was not created by you, then it will give the name of the creator beneath the golem's name.

2) Due to regular confusion over the golem repair buttons (even with the confirm), I've removed the "Repair for 5 Prem Tickets" option. Apologies to those people who used this regularly, but apparently it was fairly common for newbies especially to get mixed up when hitting the buttons.

Although I didn't use it, I'm sad that you had to remove it. Maybe it could come back as an option that is default turned off? One would have to physically turn it on from the profile page to use it? That way, newbies wouldn't see it until they're used to the other way first. More or less.

Or it could be an option on the premium page? With a dropdown of which golem to repair.

I think that the problem is that button who is bigger then the normal button. Instead of place in center under the normal repair button, may be placed right or left in a smaller size or only a link with no button.
