Here's the setup: 201 combats with the horned leucrotta, all with the same level 1 flesh golem, ~99% with burning aura on, always using an alchemical voidstone, ruby eyes, 11 overall strength, and 37 free pounds. 25 of the 201 combats resulted in finding no treasure.

This is still happening. I thought earlier with only 5 pounds free that might be it, but I have lightened my flesh golem to 49 pounds free and I still have a large percentage of times where I kill the creature and get no loot.
