I don't know how much effort it would take to implement, but the ability to mark an item in storage non-discardable seems useful to me, after I *almost* discarded my forerunner blade instead of a golden bunny ring which it sits right next to. Am I ever going to want to discard that blade? I think not. Am I ever going to want to discard a steam engine? Seems unlikely. Letting folks mark their own seems reasonable. |

That would be nice.. I think I lost an Iron Head that way once a while back. |

I would agree, but perhaps go one step further... allow players (or maybe even clans?) to build a "Safety Deposit Box" type of building, that they can put items into. Items stored there don't take up space in normal item storage, and cannot be directly discarded, only after first putting them back into normal storage. |

Sounds like a tempting idea, but I think the limited storage box per Magus is a very good mechanix to prevent excessive stockpiling. The Magus is forced to take decisions on how to use the items from time to time. I am against a clan storage depot because of this, since it won't be good for the young members but for the old members who just collect too many items and stockpile on their own. |

Oh I am still in favor of limited storage. I just mean for it to give a small little boost. Maybe no more than 10 items, and no more than 5 types items, could be stored in that 'safety deposit box' at a time. |
