Darghelm, in the Foothills of Ulvania
The hardy people of Ulvania value family bonds and friends over all else, so Darghelm has developed an extensive network of taverns, cozy inns, and messaging systems. They are not a cowardly nor xenophobic people and so allow people from all over the continent to use their taverns and speakeasy establishments.

I would like to propose a method to prevent accidental attacks on clan guards.

When attacking a clan shadow, I think there should be a second message after hitting 'FIGHT!' that says something along the lines of: "You are about to attack the clan guard, are you sure you want to do this?" Then a 'yes' or 'no' confirmation.

It happens too often where I go to attack, or someone goes to attack me the exact second I move a golem into the basement, before I move another outside. The attacker obviously sees something different because the page doesn't refresh for another person's actions.

Considering accidents like these can cause certain issues, any attack on a clan guard would be known to both sides as having been on purpose because the attacker had to confirm a second time that the attack was intended.

Personally, I think that's part of the gamble one must take when doing PvP.

Sounds useful to me. Add it in as a preference you can toggle on or off if people complain about the extra confirm screen.

I don't know, personally, I think it would be better to simply make it more visually obvious with a guard is unable to fight, rather than having a confirm screen.

personally i think that the logic in this is totally messed up. if "your golem is still returning from a mission, " then your opponent shouldn't be able to see a personal guard at your workshop, right? but noooo, they see a nice, perfectly intact personal guard just waiting to be mauled(when in reality you just sent it hunting), and the golem that gets mauled is the clan guard.

Agreed. I've been the victim (well, the Clan Golem was the REAL victim)of this in the past.
