Apparently the senate doesn't keep track of itself very well, the Experiment Act was designed to see what would happen when a clan received a second Writ of Attainder, and the answer? The exact same thing as the first. The language in the description of the writ establishes this as a fairly serious bug, and one that fairly neuters a writs power on a clan of moderate size.

Bump, as Experiment Act Two has just been posted, hopefully this will resolve the question.

The initial bug seems to have been repaired, according to observations and tattler article, however, the bill is not appearing in the senate history.

I think the Senate History thing has already been reported. It seemed to stop at a certain point and then all Senate affiliated achievements also stopped registering.
