There are drop-down lists when you mouseover certain options at the top of the pages. I would love if those drop-down options had some drop-downs as well, so that I can click once and get from where I am to where I want to be.

If you're talking about what i think you are talking about, you can change the settings on your profile page so that there aren't any drop down menus and everything is listed in rows at the top. I think it's an option available to everyone, and it's titled "Use Grey Navigation Bar". Again, not sure if this is what you mean, but maybe it will make a difference you're looking for?

after checking it out, it's a neat option, but not all that I'm dreaming of. I'm thinking of being able to highlight "world", getting the option "forums", and moving over that, and getting options "clan", and "Muelsfell game".

i understand he means( correct me if im wrong )
like mouse over world opens list then mouse over forum that will bring more options like forum, Clan forum ,Mibbet Chat. something like that.
this really isn't that hard to do HTML wise but it would be a pain in the ass for the person doing it for they would have to change EVERY page i think not sure what they are using
website design wise.but they would also have to move worktable under basement also library and artificer under workshop. i guess,IMO.
but i like the idea

It's not that hard if the site's reasonably designed; the top menu should be stored someplace and be being transcluded from each page, not copy/pasted.
