Yes, they were a bit rigged before in that they were almost a 1:1 exp/motivation ratio, but the amounts they hit for are stupid now.

flesh golems get torn to pieces by them (which is understandable, they're two levels below the spiders). considering how well golems level, im assuming bone wont be much better against them and even if wood is able to take them on, its still only 3 xp per shot at them.

id say either tweak up the xp they give just a tad or make it so bone golems could survive them without getting their skulls knocked off.

oh. that probably explained it.

been gone for a few days, and id been talking to a friend of mine who told me armor didnt work yet, so i didnt bother with it.

might give that a shot.

even with armour, i'm still going through 4-5 sets of arms and legs a day. >:|
