when we level up we gain more then just slots and motivation and a score bonus right?

From what I've seen, we get quest and spell slots on intervals as well as the hourly jobs essentially pay you more per hour.

I believe your golems get an accuracy bonus based on magus level as well, but I don't know how much it is.

yeah i hope and honestly i think they need to put up more information in FAQ as well as the help guide

Actually, there's a lot of things Ark just won't answer. I think he really doesn't want to give us numbers for a lot of the combat variables. He wants us to figure it out for ourselves. :P
