Ok so i have access to level 3 power sources... apart from energy, what other benefits do they provide? i can kinda guess a fire gem adds fire damage perhaps... but is there anything else?

ark, will you be adding the benefits to the construction window?

Energy is it. I'm not really sure why there are elemental differences except to create different names for different powersources. They also reduce your motivation use (min. 6).

that's the big thing.

for higher level golems you get a decent motivation reduction for better powersources.

what kinda of reduction should i expect from a fire gem?... is it dependent on a particular golem or level? or a constant?

It's a constant. Don't know what it is for level 3's though.
