We at clan Long Arms would like to know if this is truly the case of an error or just a misunderstanding on clan levels.

Do we need to go up from a Level 14 to a Level 15 Library in order to have access to Iron Transmuted to Copper, Bronze, or Brass? |

To elaborate on this issue (and hopefully provoke a response), our Library is at level 14, but we only have access to level 5 transmutations.
Shouldn't we have access to the Level 6 and Level 7 transmutations?
I am also rather surprised (and unhappy) that nobody has responded to Souji's post here.
This is a big deal for our clan, and has caused several high-ranking members to lose interest in the game.

Well that is just how it is I guess. I don't remember ever seeing a cap on what our secondary spec gets other then the level being cut in half. I would also guess that if alchemy isn't available above "x" level then that would be across the board for all secondaries not having access to the same "x" level.
Please correct this information where it needs to be such as when selecting our clan secondary spec. and any other places that it would need to be. Thank you. |
