Not sure if this is a bug or not, but, I was recently attacked by a level 4 Magus using a Level 3 Iron golem against my level 2 Iron golem... yet he still manages to walk away with 10 xp per fight while my golem get destroyed by his without restraint. HOW? I'm willing to forward the battle reports to Arkham, if you'd like... He was using a spiked chain, and had a decent powersource cause he managed to use that chain several times... I'm just wondering how he managed to walk away with 40 xp against the 4 xp I got for losing my lvl 2 Iron to his lvl 3 Iron. |

You were probably being attacked by FatherCoyne, yes? The Knights Magier have just recently discovered ancient magics which allow us to attach spikes to a chain, and hit things really really hard with it, usually resulting in whatever's being hit breaking. Also, His "Iron" golems are actually transmuted flesh golems, so the level 3 iron has an effective level of 4 instead of 9, yet it gets the damage of an iron. Welcome to the wonders of alchemy. And spiked chains.Last Edited: Jun 21, 2008, 3:02 am |

Forward the reports, please, and I'll take a look. Transmuted golems should show up in the combat reports specifically as having been transmuted. Kep |

Well, Sir Kibble is also of the Knights Magier clan, and would thus have access to our transmuted golems and cutting edge spike technology. |

Surely spikes are not cutting edge... |

No, but they seem to get my point across. |
