Seemingly randomly when I or my friends try to forward messages or reports, it won't work. Sometimes it will give no message and just reload the page, sometimes it will give a "sent" message but still not arrive. I'm fairly certain it's not just a typoed name as I'm pretty careful about that.

Using Firefox 2.0.0.14 for what it's worth.

Does it only happen with specific reports? For example, can send report #1500, but always fails on report #1505?

Any weird display errors when it fails?

No display errors. Didn't pay attention to the number, so not sure if that effects it, but I've failed to forward one and then succeed by using the forward button next to the report headings instead of below the report body.. and other times that hasn't worked. Haven't seen any obvious patterns.

Same issue here, in fact one of the reports Necaria is talking about is one I had to send twice. I've seen no obvious pattern to it either. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

To revive an old thread...
It seems to me that if I try to forward a report using the Forward button below the reading pane of that report, it doesn't forward, but if I use the checkbox and forward button at the top it does forward.
