I often back after 1 hour jobs to find that I have fewer than 4 Motivation. Since everyone in the game gets at least 1 every 15 minutes, shouldn't you come out of a job with no less than 4 Motivation?

I've experienced this periodically as well, though it's not as obvious as I've gained in levels. There's an old bug rep of mine somewhere for more details.

This seems to still happen at higher levels, I should get 10 an hour, but after 3 hours working I only had 26, so lost 4 somewhere.

Huh, I was working for 12 hours, finishing up at least 3 motivation short...not a huge amount, but still strange now you've pointed it out...

It's still happening. I started at 0 and worked an hour. When I came back, I had 4 instead of 6.
