With evil alignment, is abomination as high as it goes? No rush to make more if it is, just curious. Ive been attacking good people for a while and havent seen a shift at all. |

So the way to keep Poseidon from attacking is to be evil? I guess if it works! :) |

Abomination is indeed the limit on the evil side, and angelic is the limit on the good side of the scale. Easy to add more, but it's not high up on the priority list... got a long list of typos to fix on the help pages as my next project. ;) Kep |

Heh, I think greater evils should be able to attack lesser evils and still get evil points (or no change). I can understand how killing good guys if your good would make you go evil (unless your a pally) but for some reason I don't like how higher evils can't take out their lesser evil rivals without messing up their alignment. I mean it is an evil thing to slaughter your underlings, Isn't it? Its probably not for a 'good' cause... Gah, I hate the word good, Whoever first used that word to represent 'good'* levels of order/justice/and all those nice things needs to be shot...if they're dead, Shot twice *I mean not the crazy militaristic style where you kill everyone who breaks the slightest law type of thing |

Yup, a bad guy killing a bad guy isn't really going to be a good act... but if it wasn't, then evil in the game would multiply a lot faster than the good guys and I didn't want to favour one over the other. :) Kep |

its already multiplying faster...I think, We have more higher ranked evils than good has good's...I blame it on our dental...And the cookies... Also, Once someone reaches irredeemably evil, they *really* shouldn't be able to go good at all...its kinda Irredeemable |

Some ideas for more dark names. Just to help you with ideas, no rush. Servant of hades Bringer of darkness Defiler Crusher of spirits Criminal The dark lord These are in no particular order, other than the dark lord obviously being as evil as it gets. |

and for good... Wise Sage Divine Holy Knight (or Paladin, whichever) Sentient The Great Protector Avatar of Justice Gatekeeper to Heaven And two more for dark Scourge Immortal Also, i think it'd be neat if whatever is the maxed alignment for each side could only be held by the top person. Wouldn't make sense to have two Lords of Darkness or two Great Protectors. Nothing special with it, just a little perk for being on top. |

I don't like Gatekeeper to Heaven or Servant of Hades, I'd prefer to be able to choose who I serve =P Plus I dislike having any 'real' religons in games. If its vague its fine by me though, Like 'Holy Knight' and 'Angelic' while based in religon could be like something else, Unless Muelsfell has specific deities to worship and we just don't know about them yet =D And I still think evil needs a puppy kicker alignment =D |

Really? Servant of hades was my favorite one, lol. And that ones not really a religion unless you believe in greek gods. I could see how gatekeeper to heaven would be iffy though. For the Servant of Hades one I wasn't too worried about offending anyone, Just I believe its funner to leave specific deities up to the imagination, Assuming -once again- that Muelsfell does or does not have deities. I'm all for keeping religion out of this. "My imaginary friend can beat up your imaginary friend" pissing contests belong on IRC religion channels. Unless you are going to make gods really come down (in game) and give gifts and thump people, then just leave them out. Titania. |

Is there a rank that only the most evil or most good player can attain? |

I'm curious as to how the numbers work myself... I had gotten up to 'Villainous' by keeping my attacks limited to 'good' people, varying from neutral good to the higher ranked good people. My main golem had something like 13 wins and 3 kills on offense and defense, so it wasn't just one days work (alignment wise). Today I blew up the lvl 1 flesh of a neutral (evil tendencies) in about 4-5 attacks, and went all the way down (up?) to neutral (good) myself. Is this rapid fall intended? Is it supposed to be easier to stay neutral than to gain good/evil alignment? |
